Southwest Egg Rolls recipe


  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 flour tortillas (8 inch), warmed
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ cup chopped red peppers
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1-½ cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
    • 1-¼ cups chopped cooked chicken
    • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
    • ½ cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
