Spice-Baked Sea Bass and Red Lentils

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 16 ounces red or green lentils, washed and drained
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
    • 1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
    • 4 6-ounce sea bass fillets, skin removed
    • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
    • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
