SUNDAY CHICKEN BAKE 2
Ingredients
- 1 package(s) dry onion soup mix
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can(s) cream chicken soup
- 1 can(s) mushroom soup and ½ cup milk
- 1 cup(s) quick cooking rice
Grease 9x13" pan. Put rice on bottom of ban and pour soups and milk over rice. Place chicken breasts on top of soup and rice mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over entire mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 2 hrs. and 15 minutes. (Extra time doesn't hurt)
