Ingredients

  • 2 (8 1/2-ounce) packages corn muffin mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 ½ teaspoons rubbed sage
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    • ½ teaspoon pepper
    • 2 celery stalks, chopped

Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions; pour batter into a lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 400° for 25 to 28 minutes or until golden; cool in pan on a wire rack.
