  • 2 lb. sweet potatoes
  • 3 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 14-oz. can vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray
