Swiss Chicken 11


  • ¼ cup(s) butter or margarine
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts (½ full breast)
  • 6 slice(s) swiss cheese
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup(s) white cooking wine
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs

Preheat oven 350°. Arrange chicken in 9X13 pan. Top with cheese. Combine soup and cooking wine and spoon over chicken. Melt butter and stir in bread crumbs then top chicken mixture. Bake 60 minutes. Serves 6.
