Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) dry stuffing mix (I use stove top chicken flavor)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup(s) chicken broth
  • ½ cup(s) Milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 5 tablespoon(s) butter (divided)
  • 8 sandwich slices swiss cheese
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 whole chicken breasts

Place chicken in greased or buttered dish. Cover each breast with 1 slice of swiss cheese. Melt 2 T. butter over low heat. Add flour and blend over low heat until smooth and bubbly.
