Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lb.)
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add 2 Tbsp. water and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 2 minutes.
