The Best Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 Clove of Minced Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt and Pepper
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Cumin
    • 1 Finely Chopped Jalapenos seeded
    • 1 Teaspoon of lime juice
