The Best Sour Cream Shredded Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 smallonion (diced)
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese (shredded, for topping)
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese (shredded, for filling mixture)
  • 1 (4 ounce) candiced green chilies
  • 1 (10 ½ ounce) cancream of chicken soup
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (10 ½ ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 ½ ounce) cancream of chicken soup
    • 8 ouncessour cream
    • 3 -4 chicken breasts (depending on size)
