Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup green onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ pound small button mushrooms
  • 1 cup low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 3-ounce package thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1 cup dry white wine
    • 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
    • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • ½ pound small fresh shiitake mushrooms
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 8 cups rustic rosemary bread
    • 1 cup onion

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread bread cubes in single layer on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned and slightly crisp, about 18 minutes. Cool.
