Tomato Crusted Chicken on Baby Greens

Ingredients

  • fresh chopped basil, optional
  • balsamic vinagarette dressing
  • 8 oz fresh mozarella, sliced thin
  • 1 bag baby greens
  • 1 T milk
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/3 c wheat germ
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1/3 c italian breadcrumbs
    • 1 jar sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
    • 3 chicken breasts (approx 1 1/2 lbs.)
