Vegetarian Stuffed Mushroom


  • ½ cup(s) seitan
  • 1 teaspoon(s) marjoram
  • ½ cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ pound(s) mushrooms - your favorite variety
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) chicken or vegetable stock (or broth)
    • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
