Zesty Chicken Drumsticks
- 6 Chicken drumsticks, 1-¼ lbs.
- ¼ cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Seasoned salt (4 teaspoon )
- ¾ cup(s) Cornflake crumbs
- ½ teaspoon(s) Italian herb seasoning
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 425°. Melt butter and set aside. Combine crumbs, cheese, herb seasoning and salt in a plastic zip lock bag. Shake bag to mix ingredients. Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Drop chicken into the bag of crumbs. Shake bag to coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in ba...
