Shreddies Chicken Pot Pies

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 ½ cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (284 mL) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ cup milk

    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (optional)
    • Topping:
    • 1 ½ cups Post Shreddies Cereal, coarsely crushed
    • 3 tablespoons melted butter
    • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
