Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 ½ pounds "Brussels sprouts,":http://www.chow.com/ingredients/118 trimmed and halved
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium shallots, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 3 ounces pancetta, small dice (about ½ cup)
