Braised Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 1 ½ pounds "Brussels sprouts,":http://www.chow.com/ingredients/118 trimmed and halved
- 2 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 3 medium shallots, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 3 ounces pancetta, small dice (about ½ cup)
