Braised Chicken and Chayote
Ingredients
- ½ lemon
- 2/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 medium large-dice chayotes (about 1 pound)
