Chettinad Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 500 gm(boneless) chicken
  • 2tsp cumin seeds
  • 2tsp fennel seeds
  • 2tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 cinnamon (stick)
  • ½tbsp ginger paste
  • ½tbsp garlic paste
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 4 (to 5/dry) curry leaves
    • 2 red chilies (dry)
    • 1tbsp black pepper (corn)
    • 3 (to 4) cloves
    • 1 onion (chopepd)
    • 2 tomatoes (puree)
    • ½ cup shredded coconut
    • 1 cup tamarind juice
    • salt as per taste
    • ½tsp turmeric powder
    • oil for cooking
