Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Salami and Swiss

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup prepared bruscetta
  • ½ cup sauterne
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup fresh sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon chopped garlic

    • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
    • Sauce
    • ¼ cup butter
    • ¼ olive oil
    • 1 ¼ C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1 egg+1 T milk
    • 1 tablespoon capers
    • 6 tablespoon shredded swiss cheese
    • 12 genoa salami
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
    • 3 tablespoon chopped green onions
    • 4 finely minced
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 3 ounce packages chive cream cheese@room temperature
    • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Between two sheets of wax paper, pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thick and set aside. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, green onions and parsley.
