Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Salami and Swiss
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup prepared bruscetta
- ½ cup sauterne
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup fresh sliced button mushrooms
- 2 teaspoon chopped garlic

- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ olive oil
- 1 ¼ C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 egg+1 T milk
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 6 tablespoon shredded swiss cheese
- 12 genoa salami
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 4 finely minced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 3 ounce packages chive cream cheese@room temperature
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Between two sheets of wax paper, pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thick and set aside. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, green onions and parsley.
