  • 2 large boneless, skinless broiler-fryer chicken breasts pieces
  • ½ t oregano
  • ¼ t garlic powder
  • ¼ t onion powder
  • ¼ t fresh ground pepper
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
