  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Skippy Creamy or Super Chunk Peanut Butter
  • 1 package Knorr Sides Plus™ Veggies - Vegetable Fried Rice
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
