  • Sliced pickles (optional)
  • French fries (optional)
  • Tahini sauce, for serving
  • 1-2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 yellow or white onion, sliced
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and/or thighs, sliced**
  • 2 olive oil

    • ½ ground mastic*
    • ¼ crushed bay leaf
    • 1/8 nutmeg
    • ¼ ground clove
    • ¼ ground cardamom
    • 2 tahini sauce
    • ½ salt
    • ½ ground allspice
    • ½ paprika
    • 1 vinegar
    • 2 ketchup
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 2 olive oil
    • 1 yogurt
    • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
    • ¼ cinnamon
