Chopped Liver
Ingredients
- skillet, food processor
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- ½ cup gribenes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 5 hardboiled eggs, peeled and diced (divided)
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup schmaltz or vegetable oil, divided
