  • 2 cup(s) wheat flour
  • 2 cup(s) rolled oats
  • ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey, syrup or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
  • 4 cup(s) nut milk or regular

Mix together and set in the refrigerator for an hour before use. Use a heavy skillet medium hot sprayed with oil. Pour in 1/4 C. batter into skillet. Lift edge to check and turn quickly.
