  • Chopped Cilantro
  • ½ c Roasted peanuts unshelled and chopped
  • ½ c Green onion Chopped
  • 6 c Chicken Stock
  • 3 c Jasmine Rice Uncooked
  • 1 c Snow Peas
  • ½ c Frozen Yellow Corn

    • 1 Rib Celery Chopped
    • 1 c Chicken stock
    • 1 Carrot Chopped
    • 1 c Coconut Milk
    • 1 T Palm Sugar
    • ¼ c Natural Peanut Butter (such as Adams)
    • 3 T Thai Red Curry Paste
    • 1 T Minced Ginger
    • 1 T Minced Garlic
    • 1 Onion Chopped
    • 1 T Peanut Oil
    • 1 T butter
    • 2 Chicken legs skin on
    • 2 Chicken thighs skin on
    • 2 Chicken wings skin on
