Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf

1. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes, then turn over and cook an additional 5 minutes.
