1 Place chicken livers in buttermilk and let stand 10 minutes. 2 Drain in a colander. 3 Roll chicken livers in flour. 4 In a deep fryer heat oil to 350 degrees. 5 Fry chicken livers for 3 to 4 minutes, or until brown. 6 Drain on paper towel.
