Greek Ziti

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (about ¾ cup)
  • ½ pound ziti
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound in all), cut into ½-inch cubes
    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    • 1 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth or homemade stock
