  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth or homemade stock
  • ½ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ pound ziti
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound in all), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

    • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (about 3/4 cup)
