  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese minced preserved salted radish
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
