Green Chili Sole Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies
- Salt
- 1 pound mushrooms, rinsed
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¾ cup fat-skimmed chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 pound sole fillets
