Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or bacon fat
- 1 ½ cups shredded mild cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.; optional)
- 2 limes, rinsed and cut into wedges

- Thinly sliced fresh jalapeño chilies (optional)
