Japanese Chicken Wings 2

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon(s) Soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • Sauce
  • ½ cup(s) vinegar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) sugar
    • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 3 pound(s) wings

Cut wings in half and dip into eggs, then flour. Fry until they are a deep brown and crisp. Put in a shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over wings. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
