Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander to garnish
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 600 millilitre water
  • 1 KNORR Chicken Casserole Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 15 millilitre Curry powder
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 5 millilitre Turmeric
    • 10 millilitre Coriander
    • 10 millilitre Cumin
    • 5 millilitre Crushed garlic
    • 15 millilitre Crushed ginger
    • 1 Onion, chopped
    • 1 kilogram Lamb, cubed
    • 15 millilitre oil

1. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown lamb. 2. Remove lamb from the pan and set aside. 3. To the pan add onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric and curry powder and cook for 1 minute. 4. Return the lamb to the pan and add tomatoes. 5. Mix sachet contents with 600 ml water and add t...
