Marc Murphy's Pickled Onion Rings Recipe


  • oil for frying
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tablespoon coriander
  • ½ jalapeno, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups red wine vinegar
