Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 3-pound fryer chicken
