Original Buffalo Wings


  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 cups vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pounds chicken wings
