Oven-Baked Fried Chicken Recipe


  • 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), skin removed
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup crushed cornflakes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup canola oil
