Penne with Chicken, Green Beans, and Cashew Butter

Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ½ cup roasted cashews
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/3 pounds in all)
  • ½ pound green beans, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • ¾ pound penne

    • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
