Quinoa (Keen wah) Pilaf
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) Thyme
- 1 cup(s) frozen peas, thawed
- 1/3 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1/3 cup(s) dry vermouth
- 6 ounce(s) hickory baked tofu, sliced
- 1/3 cup(s) vegetarian pepperoni, diced
- 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped

To begin pilaf, place quinoa in a strainer and rinse under water. Place rinsed quinoa in a medium saucepan with 2 cups water.
