Quinoa (Keen wah) Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Thyme
  • 1 cup(s) frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/3 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup(s) dry vermouth
  • 6 ounce(s) hickory baked tofu, sliced
  • 1/3 cup(s) vegetarian pepperoni, diced
  • 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped
