Sausage Cheese Soup

Ingredients

• 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
• 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth (14 oz)
• ¼ cup flour
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 medium carrot, chopped

• • 1 package (20 oz.) Bob Evans Diced Home Fries 20 oz
  • 1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Roll Sausage

In large saucepan over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage, potatoes, carrot, and onion until sausage is brown and vegetables are softened. Sprinkle flour into pan.
