Soft Fried Tortillas with Tomatillo Salsa and Chicken
Ingredients
- 12 4-inch corn tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- ¼ cup white onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 fresh green serrano chiles
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1/3 cup white onion

Purée tomatillos, chiles, onion, garlic, salt, and water in a blender until smooth.
