Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 1 fryer chicken
  • and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon fresh tarragon
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Vegetable oil for pan-frying
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • plus more for dredging
