SOUTHERN OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN (HEARTHEALTHY)
Ingredients
- 1 c. Corn Flake crumbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. thyme
- ¼ tsp. red pepper
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
- ¼ c. buttermilk
- + 1 more ingredients

- Non-stick vegetable spray
Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag, mixing well. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with buttermilk. Place chicken in bag with crumb mixture, shaking to coat. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6...
