Spiced Celeriac Apple Soup

Ingredients

  • Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 large, sliced
  • Celeriac - 1, peeled and diced
  • Apple - 1, cored and diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, peeled
  • Beef Bone Broth - 2 cups (preferably homemade)
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • Ras El Hanout - 1 tbsp
    • Salt - ½ tsp
    • Pepper - to taste
    • Chicken Sausage - 300g
    • Parsley - ¼ cup, chopped
