Spicy Chicken Lettuce Cups


  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 450 grams ground chicken (1 pound)
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 shallots, peeled trimmed and sliced thin
  • 2 heads iceberg or butter leaf lettuce
  • 3 scallions, sliced thin

    • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
    • 2 teaspoons oil
    • 2 teaspoons potato starch
