Sriracha-Soy Fried Chicken in Lettuce Leaves
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce*
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ cup minced green onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 large crisp romaine leaves
- 6 red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
- ½ cup (loosely packed) fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup potato starch**
- Peanut oil or rice bran oil (for frying)
