Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables with Rice


  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 1 onion, chopped or several green onions, chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 cup(s) frozen pea pods, carrots, peppers, or any stir fry vegetable you prefer
    • 2 cup(s) Minute Rice, uncooked
    • salt & pepper
