  • 1 chicken cut up or 4 chicken breasts

    • ½ cup(s) brown sugar
    • ½ teaspoon(s) baking soda
    • ½ cup(s) cornstarch

    • green pepper chopped
    • 2 teaspoon(s) Soy Sauce
