  • 450 ml (15.22 fl oz) Chicken stock
  • Grated Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps english mustard
  • 2 tsps dried marjoram
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 165g (5.80 oz) brown basmatic rice
    • 1 sweet potato
    • 3 celery sticks, chopped
    • 1 large onion
    • 8 chicken thighs on the bone
